Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
Sundays at 7:00 am

MEN - Practice starts FEB 10, 2026
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
Sundays at 9:00 am

YOUTH - (ages 10 years and older)
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 p.m.
